I’m not ashamed to say it: I’m one of those mothers who likes to twin with her children, and I’ll be honest, I plan to co-ordinate our outfits for as long as they’ll let me. Who’s with me?
When I saw these pretty pyjamas (on Instagram, where else?) from indie brand Sleepy Doe, I was delighted to see they were in the outlet sale, so I ordered a pair for me and a pair for Kittie immediately. They’re cotton and a really nice fit on both of us. The full price collection is well worth the cost, but if you can’t justify full price on pyjamas they’re definitely a bargain in the outlet/sale. I reckon these will last me for years, and Kittie will be wearing hers for as long as I can squeeze her into them!
Sleepy Doe is a British brand that specialises in small, organic sleepwear collections for adults and kids. I urge you to check out their website because their breezy summer PJ collection is so light, perfect for these late summer balmy nights, and they do bedding too. The website is a joy to browse, with divine imagery and clear product information. I love a website that is beautiful to look at but easy to use.
Sleepy Doe is stocked in Anthropologie, Selfridges, Fortnum & Mason, and Liberty, and you can also shop online – they make for a gorgeous gift, either to someone special or to yourself.
Thankfully, at three-and-a-half, Kittie thinks matching PJs are the best thing ever… these are the days.
