Just in time for summer, Tigerlily Boutique in Broughty Ferry is stocking an exciting collection of new arrivals including pretty florals, punchy prints and the obligatory pop of bright colour, along with amazing accessories that are a quick and simple way to update your wardrobe this season. The new stock was personally selected by Tigerlily’s bubbly and beautiful owner, Debbie Brash during her last visit to Paris – which explains the subtle French influences such as nautical stripes and Eiffel Tower earrings.
Tigerlily is a well-established shopping haunt in Broughty Ferry, the go-to place for trendy young women looking for that perfect piece to add to their wardrobes. The boutique’s customers are fiercely loyal (and glamorous), and the small but perfectly formed shop (it recently had a make-over) has a huge fan base on Facebook. I’ve been one of those fans since the boutique opened – alongside a few other independent retailers, Tigerlily breathed new life into Broughty Ferry, one of Dundee’s favourite seaside towns. Tigerlily has become a Broughty Ferry attraction on the same level as super popular ice cream shop and restaurant, Visocchi’s.
My top picks from the new arrivals at Tigerlily include the yellow, black and white rail, which contains a very DvF-esque wrap dress and a really great citrus halter top with chain neckline, both of which will work hard this season without dating – so you can wear them again next year.
I also love the denim cut-offs which, teamed with the aforementioned stripes, would make Alexa Chung proud, while the dresses are as good as ever – each season, Debbie chooses a selection of party dresses guaranteed to make your inner girly-girl swoon; feminine silhouettes, cute bows and pretty prints all feature regularly on the dresses at Tigerlily and, this summer, Debbie has delivered again.
My favourite part about the Tigerlily new arrivals? The accessories are on point!
