Pepperberry Style Challenge – Part 1

If you remember my last Pepperberry post, you’ll know I’m a fan of the label because it designs clothes for women, keeping their curves in mind. A few weeks after the Pepperberry post went live, they got in touch with me to ask if I would accept a styling challenge – how could I refuse? Once I agreed, Pepperberry asked me what I had planned over the summer and they chose my weekend in Edinburgh with Mr Man as the styling challenge event/location.
So, last month I went to Pepperberry to try the dresses that had been selected for me to style, and although they were all gorgeous (a yellow and blue printed wrap dress, a pretty floral chiffon dress and a denim shift dress) I ended up choosing a different dress altogether because I wanted to style a Pepperberry piece that suited my personal style – I was to be wearing it after all! The dress I picked out is black with a hot pink trim and black patent belt, in a classic shape with full skirt.
Below are two images of the dress, which I have styled differently for day and night by making use of versatile accessories and shoes.
I’m off to Edinburgh this weekend, so I’ll post again soon with photographs of me wearing the dress in action!
