Milk & Honey is a US shoe brand that is launching in the UK on 1st May this year. It’s exciting because the shoes are sophisticated and grown up, but playful and fun, and each pair is most definitely a statement piece to add to your shoe collection. My favourites are these orange t-bars and black courts with yellow bow.
Milk & Honey was created by two sisters who wanted to introduce the idea of accessible, custom-designed footwear to women everywhere, and now they want to share their secrets with the Brits. It’s a simple idea, but one that is really quite special: the customer chooses the toe and heel shapes, the straps and any embellishments, and finally, she selects the material and colour to create her perfect shoes. Using Milk & Honey’s revolutionary shoebuilder, there are over one million possible shoe combinations. Hardcore shoe-gals out there wondering what’s so special? Well, all Milk & Honey shoes are individually handcrafted by skilled artisans using the finest materials and are available in a vast array of styles – from ballet flats to studded stilettos in luxurious materials including lambskin leather, sleek patents, lush velvets, sophisticated snakeskin and fun glitters. What’s more is, Milk & Honey offers a complete bridal line as well as an animal-free line for vegan clients.
