Level-up your Sunday morning pancakes

Pancakes have become a weekly occurrence in our house – every weekend either Kris or I will whip up some light, fluffies for the hungry little hippos who just love this breakfast treat. Usually we serve them with fresh berries and butter and jam, but when I received a boxful of fresh yoghurts from Rora Dairy in Aberdeenshire I had visions of a stack of pancakes wobbling under the strain of a huge dollop of yoghurt.
