Hobbs have a beautiful collection of clothes this season; in particular, the Hobbs Invitation and Hobbs London labels have excelled in terms of design, with lots of classic shapes, pretty prints and simple tailoring making for two very exciting collections.
Hobbs Invitation has a rather retro feel to it – a bit Forties, a bit Fifties, with flared skirts, floral prints and sweetheart necklines primarily in reds, black and white. The occasional splash of purple, green and pink add a certain a contemporary edge, while scalloped hemlines and striking stripe and polka dot prints will make a bold statement in any woman’s wardrobe.
Hobbs London is the go-to label for simple tailoring and clean, classic shapes in modern prints and colours this spring. This polka dot shirt and red skirt combo is one of my favourites.
