On Wednesday, the gorgeous team at Harvey Nichols Edinburgh held a night of fashion and fast cars for their most loyal customers. Guests arrived to a drinks reception of Peroni and Rum & Coke while they browsed the AW12 menswear collections and played scalextric before enjoying the fashion show. After the male models had appeared on the downwards escalator sporting the latest AW collections (available at Harvey Nichols Edinburgh), we were given a tour of the vintage cars which were on display in the underground garage. Surprisingly, the tour of the Ferraris and Maseratis was the highlight of the evening, despite the stereotypical presumption that the women present would prefer to ogle (*cough*) admire the clothes. I could easily have taken the blue Ferrari home – but, at £180,000 a pop, I’ll stick to a bottle of Creed for Mr Man.
